- Product Availability and Shipping: Most of the products ship out the next business day. Estimated shipping dates are only best estimates and not a guarantee. All Orders purchased Friday after 3:30 p.m. Pacific Standard Time will be shipped the next monday.
Shipping Locations: We ship only to the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking: After you place an order you will receive a confirmation email with the details for your order. Once your order has shipped you will receive a tracking number in another email.

- Returns & Replacements
- Most items purchased from cakecraft.net may be returned within 15 calendar days of purchase. The following conditions apply to all returns:
1) Any returned items must be returned within 15 calendar days of purchase.
2) The merchandise must be in its original, unopened and unused condition and must be in its original packaging.
3) The merchandise must be accompanied by the original receipt and return authorization.
4) Shipping charges are not refundable.
5) A 20% restocking fee will be assessed for any approved returns.
Broken Items:
If an item you receive is damaged within 48 hours of receipt. We will pay return shipping cost on any item that arrives in broken condition.
Error-Related Returns:
If there is a problem with your order such as a missing color or a broken jar please contact our customer service or call us at 1-800-547-6951.
All Other Items:
You will be responsible for the return postage or shipping fees. We recommend that you insure the package and ship via a traceable method. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.
